FITS ALL YAMAHA 660 AND 700cc ATVs UTVs AND SIDE x SIDES ALL YEARS ALL MODELS (DOES NOT FIT 15-18 GRIZZLY OR KODIAK)

  • THIS KIT IS TO MOUNT THE CYLINDER ON TO THE CASES, NOT THE HEAD
  • All Grade 5 Titanium alloy stud, nut, and washer kit
  • Heat treated, allen head studs
  • 12 point flange nuts and 3mm thick washers
  • As strong as plus more resistant to heat and corrosion than Chromoly or OEM
  • HALF THE WEIGHT OF AND LESS EXPENSIVE THAN CHROMOLY
  • Stronger seal between cylinder and head
  • Can be reused over and over for the life of the engine
  • LIFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY*

Using a stud/nut instead of a bolt makes a tighter, stronger seal.  These studs pay for themselves over time!  Everything is new in the original packaging and the original manufacturer's warranty applies*

*Lifetime relpacement warranty is against breakage or failure while engine is in use.  Does not cover studs broken during installation.  We recommend that this be installed by a qualified mechanic with experience doing this type of work.  Warranty does not cover any failure that is a result of improper installation, improper break in, improper tuning, or misuse.  For any warranty to be considered the part(s) in questions must first be sent to us for inspection.  We can not warranty anything based on phone calls or photos alone.
